I remember when my wife and I were married, we were blessed with many memorable and magic moments and our ceremony became the foundation of a long lasting relationship. Over the years, my wife and I have renewed our vows three times. Our favorite renewal was on our 25th wedding anniversary on the Island of Kauai, we renewed our vows before a local wedding officiant at the Fern Grotto. Those special moments last a lifetime. Becoming one of Lyssabeth's Bay Area Wedding Officiants has given me the opportunity to help set the stage for couples beginning a lifetime of special moments.
From the age of 10, I have been fortunate to live on the central coast area of California known as Monterey County, home of the famous 17-mile drive in Pebble Beach, the Big Sur Coastline, and the home of author John Steinbeck.
After graduating from the local community college, I was off to Southern California to attend the University of California. When I returned to Monterey County, I married, and raised a family of three children (two girls, one boy). I graduated from the University Of San Francisco, with a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior. I was selected by USF selection committee to deliver the commencement speech at the graduation ceremony. I felt honored. Since then, I have had numerous opportunities to do public speaking.
Most of my career, I have been in business management. I was a store manager for Safeway for over 5 years and a district manager for Waste Management for over 4 years. About 4 years ago, I became semi-retired. I now work part time locally. Being part time has allowed me to regain my love for my main hobby, photography. I was a wedding photographer for over 7 years for a couple of local studios, so I have a lot of experience with many types of weddings. From that experience, I have seen and appreciate how special weddings can be.
As a wedding photograph is more than a picture of an event, it is a record of a special moment; a wedding is more than words, it's a commitment of love. I look forward to helping you make your commitment of love a special moment.

Matt and I would like to offer our sincerest thanks for all of your help not only on the afternoon of our wedding, but in the months and days leading up to it.
